Smoking eggs of soft-yolk (yummy medium eggs)

Recipe:
1.Egg x6
2.Soya sauce 50ml
3.Mirin 50ml
4.Boiled water 150ml
5.Other: Dried bonito flakes...etc

Procedure:
1.Put eggs into boiling water 3 minutes, turn the heat off 3 minutes (cover with lid), and cool down with cold water immediately.(time is important, it depends on how big the egg.)
2.Peel the eggshell, and dry surface with clean-paper carefully.
3.Refrigerate 36hr when eggs and sauce put into one.
4.After soaked, Smoking with dry heat on sugar and tea 3-5 minutes.
5.Taste it
