when you update fails. modify the file of mirrorlist. and reference this site.
https://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/ , choose you wanna
vi /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
pacman -Syy
pacman -Syu
Taiwan change into "province of china", unfortunately.
