　　1．F值
　　F值爲在一定溫度（T）下，給定Z值所産生的滅菌效果與在參比溫度（T0）下給定Z值所産生的滅菌效果相同時，所相當的滅菌時間，以min爲單位。F值常用于幹熱滅菌。
　　F值的數學表達式如下：
　　式中，Δt爲測量被滅菌物溫度的時間間隔，一般爲0.5～1min，T爲每個時間間隔Δt所測得被滅菌物溫度，T0爲參比溫度。
　　2．F0值
　　F0值爲一定滅菌溫度（T）下，Z爲10℃時所産生的滅菌效果與121℃，Z值爲10℃所産生的滅菌效果相同時所相當的時間（min）。也就是說，不管溫度如何變化，t分鍾內的滅菌效果相當于在121℃下滅菌F0 分鍾的效果。
　　在濕熱滅菌時，參比溫度定爲121℃，以嗜熱脂肪芽孢杆菌作爲微生物指示菌，該菌在121℃時，Z值爲10℃。則：
　　顯然，即把各溫度下滅菌效果都轉化成121℃下滅菌的等效值。因此稱F0爲標准滅菌時間（min）。F0目前僅應用于熱壓滅菌。

Thermal death rate curve-加熱致死速率曲線
以殘存細菌數之常用對數為縱軸，加熱時間為橫軸，所作成的圖形。一般此圖為一直線，提供特定食品在特定溫度下，特定微生物的致死速率。

Thermal death time﹔TDT-於特定溫度，殺死一定數量菌體所需時間，稱為熱致死時間。
Thermal death point﹔TDP-一定時間內(常為10分鐘)殺死菌體的溫度，稱為熱致死點。
Thermal death time curve﹔TDT曲線-以加熱致死時間(分鐘)之對數為縱軸，加熱處理溫度為橫軸，所作成的圖形，稱為加熱致死時間曲線。

D值(decimal reduction time; D value):在加熱致死速率曲線中，使細菌殘存數通過一對數週期所需的時間，稱為D值﹔亦即在一特定溫度下，使活菌數(或孢子數)死滅90%所需的時間。通常以分鐘表示。
Z值:細菌耐熱性曲線穿過一對數週期所需溫度的差距，稱為Z值﹔亦即某細菌的D值變化10倍或1/10時之溫度差距。通常以℉表示。在某一特定的加熱致死時間曲線中，通過一個對數週期所需改變的溫度，亦稱為Z值。
F值:在特定溫度下，殺死特定Z值之一定數目微生物所需之時間(分鐘)，稱為F值(F-value)。目前所用之F 值為比較性數值，以℉值為1當標準。
F值之英文名為sterilizing value，亦稱滅菌值(或殺菌值)，與溫度關係如下:
F=log-1 (250-T)/Z
F值可用來測定熱處理之殺菌能力。

Assay

3. Using 4ml biuret reagent to 1 ml sample a recommended range is 0.5 to 20 mg protein.(If possible, dilute unknowns to an estimated 1 to 10 mg/ml with buffer.)
4. Use 1ml sample per assay tube and add 4ml Biuret reagen to each tube, vortex immediately.
5. let stand 20 min.
6. Read at 540nm.

Take a wire and connect RESET to GND to disable the microcontroller.
Then take another wire and short pin-0 and pin-1.

Use the serial monitor and input some text. If you press SEND, it should be echoed back.

You can try changing the upload speed of the IDE for your board. It's either 19200 or 57600.

My Arduino Severino Working... 呵呵

說起來也真剛好,因為正在上初級8051的課程,老師還是用傳統LPT或COM的ISP cable燒韌體,可是NB就只有USB,google一下,用USB燒錄單晶片的FREESOURCE有USBTinyISP與USBASP等等,為何選USBASP,我也不知道,反正找到資料就試了www.fischl.de/usbasp/
先是用洞洞板做了一塊(照片待續...),用公版韌體,但怎麼試都無法順利驅動它,搞了快一個多月,也看了很多線上資料,無奈還是沒有解決問題,最終的結論是>>>>FUSE<<<<的設定,找對方向,問題就容易解決.
也順利完成USBASP for 89S功能...(待續...),
離題了,原先就是用Severino S3V3的板子,來燒錄ATMega8,完成了USBASP後,接著處理Arduino,這次就只花一天的時間解決韌體的燒錄及測試bling 13 led的功能,剛開始也是讓下列這些訊息給絆住

-a
顯示所有活動的 TCP 連接以及電腦偵聽的 TCP 和 UDP 連接埠。
-e

Internet Security 2010 Virus ?

這是什麼東西,沒有安裝竟然自己會跳出反應電腦中毒了.
昨天剛午休後,還沒回魂中.就被老板call過去,查看他的電腦,當下也不太好意思明講他的電腦中毒
除了關不起來外,系統也跳出錯誤訊息,上面這個畫面根本是張圖而不是某個spyware,還security根本是中毒或是某廠商的宣傳手法,把擬木馬當行銷工具也真是高招.先試著開regedit也不成.
真是中毒了.
谷歌搜尋一下,沒有任何中文訊息在說明處理方法,用了remove agent都無法去除常駐,國外的移除方法千篇一律都是介紹用這個軟體Malwarebytes Anti-Malware移除,這台是老皮的電腦,不敢冒然晋用,先取出殺手鐧semson's winpe開機,先砍c:\program files\internet security 2010\is2010.exe再講,配合ccleaner移除開機啟始設定,再進入安全模式,將註冊碼相關部份移除,先解除狀況.
奇怪的是正常開機後regedit秀出中毒訊息而無法使用.....算了,先還給老皮,有error再處理了
